College of Fine Arts & Communication Summer Commencement

Friday, August 14, 6 p.m. at Strahan Coliseum

To students who applied for graduation and been approved to participate in the Spring 2009 ceremony:

Dear Fine Arts and Communication Graduation Candidate:

You are receiving this email because you have applied for May 2009 graduation and have been approved to participate in the ceremony.  Commencement is always an exciting time and we hope you and your family have made plans to be there to celebrate your achievements. 

You should plan on arriving at Jower Gym 102 at least one hour before the start of your ceremony.  Jowers is accessible from Strahan's south concourse and signs are located in the concourse to direct you. There will be a Fine Arts and Communication check-in table where you will receive your reader card, any honors cords, and line up for the processional into the coliseum.

Please leave all personal belongings (purses, jackets, etc.) with a family member prior to arrival at the gyms. The university is not responsible for any personal items left in the gyms or on the coliseum floor.
