Students must apply for graduation at the beginning of the semester in which all requirements will be completed (beginning of June for August graduation).

Students should apply for graduation by the deadline posted on the Registrar's Academic Calendar.  The application is available online, at the following link: http://catsweb.txstate.edu/catsweb/ad/adwbadgra_instructions.htm  Students should be sure to correctly complete all of the requested information, and print out the confirmation page that is generated after clicking submit at the end of the application.

Once applications are received, the College of Fine Arts and Communication Advising Center will update students' files and review them for graduation eligibility.  Students who have requirements remaining will be contacted by email and/or letter.  Students who appear to be in the process of completing all degree requirements will receive a confirmation letter two to three weeks after the official graduation application deadline.
